Click on the ‘For Employees’ option from the dropdown list.

Under the Services section, click on ‘Member UAN/Online Service (OCS/OTCP)’.

Enter Credentials

Enter your 12-digit UAN, Password, and the Captcha code shown on the screen.

Employer Login Guide

For HR/Establishments

Go to epfindia.gov.in and navigate to ‘Our Services’.

Select ‘For Employers’

Choose the employer section to access establishment services.

Establishment Sign In

Click ‘Establishment Sign In’ and enter your Establishment ID and Password.


How to Download Member Passbook

Your passbook is the official record of your PF contributions. It updates monthly.

  1. Log in to the portal using UAN.
  2. Click on the ‘View Passbook (New)’ option on the dashboard.
  3. Select your Establishment ID if you have worked in multiple companies.
  4. Click the Download icon to get the PDF version.

Withdrawing PF in 2026 is streamlined online. Processing typically takes 5-10 working days.
